Hi, to everyone who knows us and to everyone who we hope
to meet someday soon.
We bought this house in Yambol, Bulgaria in June 2005 and we now live
here since Dec 2006.
It wasn't a hard decision to make, apart from leaving our grown up
kids in the UK.
Life there is too fast, too uncaring, too money orientated and materialistic
and so we decided to try and live a better quality of life and enjoy spending more time with each other and with our friends
in the process.
The Bulgarians we have chosen to live with have accepted us with open
arms as part of the community, they have made a diference to our lives and we hope we can pay them back in some way.
For anyone contemplating buying or making a new life here, I hope
the ongoing diary I have created will help you gain an insight to what it is like, however, you will need to come visit Bulgaria
before you decide as it's not for everyone.
If we can help in any way, no matter how small, please don't hesitate
to ask.
We rent out our apartment and soon the whole house will be available
as 2 apartments or one villa so you can come and experience it all for yourselves!
And now we are putting this house up for sale.
We have been thinking about it for a while and as we have now found
a house in Inzovo we can truly love as it has the veiws we always wanted, there is no point us having more than one house.
So if you fancy trying before you buy, come and rent with us and see
for yourself what General Inzovo near Yambol is like.
This house is ready to move into as a home or rent out as a business
and if you would rather not be here, we will still be here so can property manage the place until you can come here.
Or you can live in one apartment and rent the other or use for family
and friends, its ideal.
